I miss the personal 10 sec tech interaction.
I miss a random yearly phone call, besides the sale call.
However I will say this positive comment-
I very very much appreciation the last grass app when I kindly requested a delay right when he drove up and I said let me 1st rake leaves and pick up 200+ cranberries. He paused and said he would do other surrounding homes and then would return. I hurried the job and he returned- just like he said he would. I completely understand this was abnormal, but I appreciated it.
I also wish I was notified to tree treatment prior to being be auto billed.
ALSO since we are on the feedback subject. I have kept 25 of the plastic poles and signs and my tech never takes them for reuse.
Lastly, if anyone reads this, please acknowledge my time to take writing this.
Lastly lastly, our yard has never looked better then last 2 years. I feel my recent TG techs did this, since prior 5 years not as good.
Also, we have organic gardens and techs do an excellent job of avoiding.

If there's a problem or question regarding your service, it is not a problem. Also, we enjoy paying online with a credit card.
When I have called with a concern, it has been taken care of. Most of the representatives are very friendly and do a good job.
It has been frustrating this year not getting a text the day before like we did in previous years.

I can count on good service
i put up with some terrible weed problems all summer causing to have to reseed where the spots died out, i did not like getting a message on my computer that our coming tomorrow because i don't get on it daily texts are a better way to do it, this last one was on a text and it worked out great, nott sure if i will stay with you any more, still looking around

They are always concerned that we know they are here to make sure your dogs are locked in the house. They are courteous about the property, the technician leaves it as it was before their visit.
