Trugreen shows up when they say they will and you can track them on a map on their app. If they can't perform the service, they call and let you know. You can also reschedule the service if necessary.

I would like to recognize Mr. Carlos M. We have been a customer of Tru Green for many years. We've had good technicians as a whole however Carlos is outstanding in every aspect. He was very pleasant and respectable. Carlos was very conscientious while performing the applications. I have always had to follow up with sweeping up our sidewalks, portions of the driveway and patio after completion. Not this time. Carlos displayed pride and gauged these areas very carefully. He displayed professionalism at all times. As an added little bit of action during his visit as our puppy got out. I didn't know it at the time. Carlos went after her and retrieved her. Said that she came right to him. She is shy and only barks and runs usually. Carlos is definitely as asset to your company. I hope you folks have a employee recognition program. Please give him the recognition that he deserves. Would appreciate an email if you could to let me know if he had given this customer service rating. Thank You
My TruGreen Lawn Care Specialist was Matthew C. He did a very good job the last time he was here. He had read my account information and knew that a parallel section is maintained by me and needed to be treated. He also told me what they were going to do and asked me if I had any questions. He made sure that all of the gates were shut and did a very good job.

They are professional and will always come back if you still have an issue with the weeds.
Just make sure the person who did my lawn service did my whole lawn! I could see some tire tracks but not sure they went over the whole yard. I have a shaky lawn and not very full and green. My mower guy does aeration and I toss tons and tons of Scotts lawn seed for sun and shade.. But I sure have lots of bare spots.
