I have been a customer of TruGreen for many years. I don't know what you've been doing different in 2023 and this year, but my lawn has never looked this good. It actually stayed green almost up to Christmas last year. I don't know if you've improved or changed your product or what, but whatever is different, PLEASE keep doing it. Right now, my lawn - both front and back - is a beautiful, rich, deep green. Two of my neighbors have recently commented on it and I gave them TruGreen's name. Keep up the good work and I will be happy right up to Christmas, I'm sure.

My yard looks great. They always tell you when they are coming so it’s easy to schedule.
The techs that come to the house are always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The overall appearance of my lawn has been improving, althoug weeds never seem to go away completely.

I would like an advance notice on the date you'll perform service, but overall the grass is green and the weed free. Your technicians are courteous and always give detailed information about the service done and instructions concerning my care of the lawn ie. when to water etc after fertilizing etc.
You show up when you say you will be their. Don't have to be home for service, and the lawn is green and weed free mostly
I appreciate very much that you scheduled each visit right before a rain (when you aerated the lawn and overseeded). You also scheduled the application of broadleaf prevention right before it rained. Both services were maximized due to excellent timing. When I had to reschedule everyone was polite and helped me. I also like the technician you sent. He explains clearly and does excellent work.
Elias and Brandon were very helpful on the areas in my back yard where the grass is dying.. They also said they would put notes in for the treatment of my yard, the front yard and one area in the back yard need more nutrition they get more direct sun..
Good notices about when services will be done. People doing the service are helpful in answering questions and polite. Noticeable improvements in lawn and tree health and appearance.

Trugreen shows up when they say they will and you can track them on a map on their app. If they can't perform the service, they call and let you know. You can also reschedule the service if necessary.
You all are so nice, prompt and willing to work with us. Our lawn and trees are beautiful. Thank you so much!
