I really like our specialist Glen Womble; however, I believe some of TruGreen's services are overpriced compared to its competitors. Am considering switching based on the pricing- but how much I trust our specialist is keeping us here.
We enjoy the fact that we know our lawn is being cared for by professionals. Every specialist that comes to our home explains what they will be doing, asks if we have any concerns, etc.. Also the fact that we can pay annually and never worry about our lawn, trees and shrubs, mosquitoes, etc. for the rest of the year! Great company! HIGHLY recommend.

On Monday, 06/05/2017 Glenn came out and applied Broadleaf Weed control to my lawn. I was also able to talk to him about some other weeds that are present in the lawn. Glenn did a good job explaining and pointing out the presence of Crabgrass and Nutsedge. He mentioned that the company is currently out of the product that is used to kill off the Crabgrass but mentioned that he'd make a note to himself to make another service call to treat both the Crabgrass and Nutsedge once the products are available.
On time for appointment. Willing to listen to suggestions. Able too modify work plans. Techs do superb work. Written instructions given after each application to enhance lawn maintenance. Price a little high!!! But results outstanding.

If treatments are provided on time and by professional technicians with no rush, my grass is healthy and nice. TruGreen offers free re-service(s) of the treatment(s) when it is needed. This is a very important factor for decision making, since weather conditions sometimes require such re-service.
I had a big problem with a schedule of the treatments for my lawn. Treatments were done in a hurry, or not on time. There were several no shows and there were some cancellations due to weather.
After contacting Cary NC office, Ms. Samantha Dupree took my complaints very seriously. Her kindness, understanding and support ensured me to be in right hands again. I am confident to say that choosing TruGreen for my lawn care was a right choice.
This year I have decided to add 3 fungicide applications to my lawn care program and I am looking forward to seeing no brawn patches on my property.
The last year, after late and not well performed aeration and seeding (by TruGreen), the front of my property became a noticeable problem. Having the Tall Fescue grass, this cannot be fixed at this time. Therefore I have added TruGreen aeration and seeding service to my lawn care plan for this year as well. By late fall I expect my lawn to look beautiful like never before.

When I'm home, Glenn always knocks and tells me what he's going to do. Once he's completed, he lets me know that he's done and anything he noticed. Very nice guy.
Lawn Maintenance is top notch. My lawn has never looked better. Do have a problem with onion grass at the beginning of the season but with treatment they eventually die and go away. The technicians are always detailed and professional especially with my present technician Glenn.
We still have trouble spots but when we call you always come back out to fix - we like that and so much we recommended our neighbors at 5423 Fantasy Moth Dr, Garner to start using you all to!
