Your Specialist 56104 Chris Wckland did a wonderfu job. He came tothe door to announce he was here and when he left he came and told us that he ws leaving. He also talked with my husband as to what he found.

Jeremy Royall performed our Mosquito Defense service today and was very professional, personable, asked if I had questions, explained what he would be doing and did a through job. My only issue is it was at 7:30am! Not sure the neighbors liked that being done before 8:00am?

How easy it is to keep my grass green.
Just had our lawn aerated and the service specialist was excellent. His name was Jason Rogers. He was friendly and attentive. He performed the aeration in a timely manner. Very happy with Trugreen's service and really like the people that have come out to service our lawn.

TruGreen's seasonal applications and services are very convenient. I appreciate the advance scheduling and notifications, the sign in the yard (alerting the dog walkers about the chemicals), and the hang tag with service receipt left on the door. My lawn was very weedy and brownish before TruGreen began their applications. This is where I grew up and moved back 3 years ago, so I am fully aware no seeding or treatment was ever applied since the house was built. The neighbors stop to compliment how great the lawn looks. Most of all, TruGreen has outstanding customer service. The Customer Care Coordinator, recently worked with me to resolve a couple of concerns regarding a recent application. She demonstrated she really cared about me as a customer by listening, providing feedback, and then following up with a solution. TruGreen aims to give you a lawn you'll love!
TruGreen addresses concerns as soon as they are brought to attention. I've noticed a dramatic improvement in my yard since using their service. Great job!
