We have been a customer for many years. We have been very please with the service. We are having John G treat our trees and shrubs since we moved in almost 2 years ago. Things are certainly looking much better after his care for them. A lot of the shrubs we are not familiar with here in North Carolina as we came from northern Illinois. He is great to deal with as I can ask him all kinds of questions and I always get answers. We always look forward to talking with him when he comes and are very disappointed if we miss his visit.

I gave a score of 10 for 2 key reasons. First, your service specialist (Telvin Anderson 76121) is a true professional. Not only is he passionate about MY yard, and making it look the very best it can, but he takes the time to communicate with me and explains what he is doing and why. I like that. My wife likes that. I hope you let him know that for us. We want him to be our guy. We have had TruGreen doing our properties for over 20 years (mostly in Texas) and we have never had anyone to meet his level of excellence. THANK YOU. Secondly is because the way Mr. Michael Langley (sales manager) has responded to a couple issues when getting set up for our new property here in Moorseville NC. Once again, thank you. Y'all keep up the good work. So far so good!!! :-)

Today, I appreciated Aric Nichols' thorough report of what services he performed on my lawn as well as what he noticed and suggestions. I have never been home when Trugreen services my lawn and a detailed report assures me that I am receiving quality service. I have had previous services performed with very little details in the report and even service where no report was left at all which left me wondering what I paid for. So the extra time that Aric took to offer suggestions specific to my lawn that weren't just general suggestions was greatly appreciated.

My lawn love you. It’s always healthy green and thick. The only reason you’re not a 10 is your new manager wanted me force me to pay for services that were clearly noted that I didn’t receive and we he was made to admit he was wrong he wanted to force me to prepay for all services after being a customer for 12 years. He also wanted to charge me full rate for service as if I haven’t been paying the same discounted rate the entire time I’ve been a customer. After resigning not even having my first treatment I gained this office 2 more customers. He should see me as an ally or an asset not some joe off the streets that he should charge full price and only give a 7 percent discount to for pre paying.
Aric did our treatment while we were away from our home. He left a detailed note as to what the service he ;provided. Our lawn is beginning to show less weeds.
This was my first application but tech Justin walked the yard with me as I showed him the property lines & he pointed out various lawn problems. Justin is easy to communicate with and answered all my questions. I'm looking forward to having a great lawn with True Green's services.
