This was our second treatment and the results from the first treatment is remarkable. Now, if we can just get rid of the crabgrass, and get our grass to thicken a bit, it should look great. Yesterday our lawn was serviced by Joshua B, and I was very happy with his service. Joshua is very knowledgeable about lawn care, very professional in his demeanor and appearance, and also very friendly. He is an asset to the TruGreen Company. He applied weed control to our lawn. I asked him about an area of our lawn that looked stress. Joshua confirmed that it was the start of Brown Patch, which we have experienced before. He then treated the lawn with a fungicide. We have been with TruGreen both here in Hickory and before in Charlotte, for a total of almost 18 years. Joshua appeared to truly care about our lawn, and I appreciate that a lot.

It works. Lawn looks great. Mosquito service is working, no mosquitoes so far. Shrubbery service is making my shrubs look healthy. All in all a good service at a fair price. Best of all, someone else does the work for me.
There are a number of things to note in regard to TruGreen and the services provided. 1st - I really appreciate the friendliness of the techs that come out to service our lawn. 2nd the lawn now looks better and is more free of weeds than ever before. 3rd. - I am always called and told when service is going to be performed. I also like that I can pre-pay for annual service in that it provides some savings, and I can work it into the budget and it's like a one-time bill. in addition to this, any questions are answered immediately. The one time there was a small issue (something accidentally got broken), it was addressed promptly and properly and the tech was very apologetic. We are very satisfied. Keep up the good work folks!!!!

TruGreen is always attentive to any issues such as my clover problem.
Today Michael Calubayan applied a treatment to our yard. Didn't see him, but i assume the normal great job you all do. Problem I was on a conference call - and actually didn't hear the door. I was going to postpone this treatment until a later date, but now that its done, thats fine.
Only problem I wasn't able to open the gated for Michael to do the back yard and that's most of our lawn. If Michael can return to do the back yard - please let me know a little in advance and I will have the locks off the gates.

Thomas Haene from Branch 5045 ALWAYS does a WONDERFUL job when he comes to treat the mosquitoes in my yard. He's professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I know I can trust that he's going to do a fantastic job. Recently, Rashad Alexander joined Thomas on my latest treatment. Rashad was also friendly and professional.

I Love the TruGreen Services.. and All of the Techs are very Friendly, and knowlegeable. Adam Casy was just @ my house today > 6/22/19 , he arrived @ 10:10 and had my whole yard completely sprayed for Mosquito's in about 15 to 20 minutes. Adam did an EXCELLENT JOB.I can't wait for Fall to get here when Tru Green comes back out and does the aeration and over seeding of my entire lawn. Very much looking forward to having the BEST LOOKING LAWN ON THE BLOCK , THANKS TO YOU FOLKS @ Tru-Green lawn services. Very Satisfied Customer in Troutman, N>C> 28166 Garry L. Bost

James M. came out for re-apply of Weed Control Services. He talked with my wife and I about his service today. We walked the yard where we still had some issues with some weeds still hanging around. James M. walked the yard with a hand sprayer and hit all the areas that we discusssed in great detail. Our yard looks great due to the fine work of Lawn Care Specialists like James M.
We hope that James M. is our Lawn Specialist for months and years to come.

Adam C. came to our house for Mosquito and Flea and Tick Protection. Adam C. and I talked about his application and what he was doing. Our Mosquito's around our house are minimal and with two dogs the flea and tick isn't much of an issue.
I appreciate Adam explaining his service request and his attention to detail.
I work from home and witnesses Adam spending the necessary time to ensure our trees were all sprayed thoroughly and the hand spreader application of the flea and tick granules.
Adam is an asset to Truegreen and we're thankful he is our Lawn Care Specialist.
