Lavon and his teammate were very nice and accommodating. He noticed that I had not flagged my sprinkler heads and assisted me with marking them. He was very helpful and explained his service, next steps and what I could expect after he left. I am very happy with his service and the pride he takes in his work.

ROBERT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE, ENERGETIC, AND HELPFUL. HE WAS PATIENT AND LISTENED TO ME EXPLAIN WHAT I HAD BEEN DOING IN THE YARD AND THEN PROVIDED RECOMMENDATIONS TO FURTHER HELP THE DEVELOPMENT OF MY LAWN. HE ALSO PROVIDED A STRATEGY FOR PREPARING FOR THE SPRING BY STARTING TO SLOWLY, BUT PLANFULLY BEGIN PURCHASING THINGS I'LL NEED NEXT YEAR. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND JUST A NORMAL YARD TREATMENT, HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, PROVIDED GUIDANCE AND NOW I'M ALREADY EXCITED FOR SPRING AND WILL BE READY TO GO!

I recently filled out a survey regarding my experience with TruGreen services. I was very frustrated with how the quality, scheduling, billing and customer service seemed to be going downhill .
Before the survey, around Sept 20th?, I contacted "Carrie" (I believe that was her name) and she gave me credit for the mosquito retreat I was promised but never received. She re-activated my upcoming treatment notifications to my phone , which had somehow been removed. She insured my billing was correct and I would receive paper billing as I always had. She did a great job !
I was still frustrated somewhat, thinking that I would have to "fight the fight" again every month. The good news is that Bill Gajus called me several times until I had time to talk. Bill was calling about my survey ! I had ended it by saying something to the effect that if no one contacted me than it must just be a "PR Fluff " job ! I was wrong. Bill told me he understood my concerns and assured me TruGreen wanted me to be completely satisfied with their service. Bill admitted some things were done incorrectly (treatment receipts, failing to schedule, price increase without notification) and said TruGreen would make it right and wanted to keep me as a customer. Bottom line.... Bill owned up to the errors , said he understood my concerns, and had sincerity in his voice ! I told Bill that I was impressed with his honesty and genuine concern ! Bill didn't sugar coat or side step any issue. Because of his "Do Right" attitude I told Bill TruGreen could count on us as a loyal customer in the future !
On an additional positive note...I called TruGreen today to check on my next treatments...I got "Deanna" .During our conversation she was able to give me info that I couldn't get on the automated phone program and when I told her I was still having a mosquito problem she scheduled a free re-treat for me ....even though the "seasonal treatment " schedule had ended. She was very nice. All three of these people are a credit to your business.
Mistakes are going to happen.... corrective action and taking feedback to heart make you guys stand out !

Tracy is always so friendly and honest and informative about what my yard needs and how to accomplish the goals we have. He always knocks to make sure if Im home we can actually talk and not just read the note on the door.
Michael Barnett did our service and was helpful and patient as I showed him where I marked the boundaries of our invisible dog fence. Then he efficiently completed the aerating and seeding while being careful to observe the fence boundaries.

After listening to my specific service requests, LaVon did an excellent job aerating and overseeding ALL of my lawn today.
I was not satisfied with the core aeration done and called about it. Doug was sent out the next day to insure that I was satisfied. Every business will, on occasion, not meet customer expectation however, Trugreen responds rapidly to insure customer satisfaction.
