I also spoke to the tech who will be doing our home on a regular basis (Laroche...spelling?) who was so helpful and informative that we are thrilled that he will be doing our house on a regular basis. Just after our initial service our lawn is really beginning to look better! We were referred by our neighbors the Alexander's who live a few houses away and we are so glad they did! Friendly and professional service providers and the services have resulted in a great looking lawn and shrubs. Tim from branch 5940 was out for shrub service today. Though he could not do the service due to inclement weather, he stayed and answered questions from me and my wife and came to the rear of the house with me so he could see what I was talking about. He has ideas on what might be done to remedy some ailing junipers and I look forward to seeing if his plans work.

Always on time and my shrubs and lawn are improving

Today Doug told us we could call for extra service calls between visits. We didn't know we could do that. We were out pullig weeds when he arrived.

Ciarra (Branch # 5940) did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She was very respective and observed social distancing and wore her mask.

Tech who came out on Monday was excellent. Very thorough and explained what he was doing. Told me the dimensions of the yard are wrong in the system (my property is 22k sqft but only shows 7k) so techs aren't getting the time or the quantity of chemicals necessary to do the job.

COURTEOUS SERVICE

Our lawn has never looked as good as after we started with TruGreen last year. When I have called about any problem, they have sent someone out for an extra, no charge, treatment within a couple days.
