The only reason I am happy with TruGreen right now is due to our specialist, Sterling Butcher. We had EPM before and for our first year, our lawn honestly looked bad. Not lush, splotchy, weedy. Sterling took over a few months ago and our lawn has TURNED AROUND. This is the only reason we are continuing to use TruGreen. Keep up the good work!!

The specialist who serviced my, Corinthas Patterson was outstanding. My previous experience with trugreen was bad, they had the wrong address and sprayed the wrong yard and charged me incorrectly. When Corinthas came to my door, I had no intention to ever use tru green again. He showed compassion and empathy, while still educating me on the benefits of the services of tru green. I truly appreciated his advice and decided to continue my lawn application.
Kelvin Whittaker was my TruGreen specialist and he did a thorough job. My lawn is looking really good this year. Kelvin is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him as a specialist.

I Like the fact that I can count a regular service to upgrade the condition of my lawn. However recently I have been disappointed with the fall conditioning of my lawn and the lack of sufficient grass in fairly large areas in my lawn. I appealed my concerns to the lawn care manager, Sam who concluded there wasn't much more that he could do with. Therefore I was in the process of looking for other Lawn Care Services to meet my needs since I have worked with TRUE GREEN for services for seven years. I want to get the type of Lawns my neighbors have.
Fortunately Cathy called to see if I would give TRUGREEN another chance at improving the bare spots in my yard. While I didn't want to change services I wasn't happy with what I was seeing. With that in mind I'm very satisfied to give TRUGREEN another chance.
The lawn looks pretty good. Weeds are pretty much under control most of the year.
The gentleman who provided the service was very polite.
I like you are always right on target with what needs to be done and take input from me as needed.
The service reps are very nice, friendly and glad to answer questions I may have before or after the job they are to do is done. Jobs are preformed on the day they are scheduled. No complaints at this time.
