I Like the fact that I can count a regular service to upgrade the condition of my lawn. However recently I have been disappointed with the fall conditioning of my lawn and the lack of sufficient grass in fairly large areas in my lawn. I appealed my concerns to the lawn care manager, Sam who concluded there wasn't much more that he could do with. Therefore I was in the process of looking for other Lawn Care Services to meet my needs since I have worked with TRUE GREEN for services for seven years. I want to get the type of Lawns my neighbors have.

Fortunately Cathy called to see if I would give TRUGREEN another chance at improving the bare spots in my yard. While I didn't want to change services I wasn't happy with what I was seeing. With that in mind I'm very satisfied to give TRUGREEN another chance.

The lawn looks pretty good. Weeds are pretty much under control most of the year.

The gentleman who provided the service was very polite.

I like you are always right on target with what needs to be done and take input from me as needed.

The service reps are very nice, friendly and glad to answer questions I may have before or after the job they are to do is done. Jobs are preformed on the day they are scheduled. No complaints at this time.

My specialist John Younger is the best I've seen. I previously had TruGreen services and changed to Scott's for a lower price. John was my specialist at TruGreen and he was always very communicative and helpful.
After Scott's took over TruGreen, the Scott's service was very impersonal and aside from Rome Glass the technicians were not helpful.
I was so happy to see John return as my technician and he has picked up where we left off. I feel that he is interested in seeing that my lawn is the best it can be and always provides advice on how to improve it.
Having John as my technician is critical to my continuing to be customer - I had been considering moving away from Scott's.

Sterling Butcher, my lawn care specialist was very professional. He was engaging, filled me in on the service, provided information about the status of my lawn, and answered my questions.

The Company's commitment to making my lawn healthy is the biggest plus. You certainly could space visits so the cost is not so overwhelming! Communications are very helpful too!

One suggestion, please send email results rather than the paper report left on porch.
