I recently switched yard maintenance care from another vendor. I have been totally pleased so far with my choice to use TruGreen as recommended by neighbors and friends.

He always looks professional, explains exactly what he did on that particular trip and application, leaves very helpful information, and is genuinely a mature and professional technician!!!!

I have been a customer since early 1990 of EPM/Trugreen at 2 home locations in Raleigh. I take great pride in the results of the services provided by your service personnal. My lawn has always been one of the best in my neighborhood. I recently returned from vacation and found my home had been serviced by Ronald Robinson. After completing the service, he left me a detailed statement with recommendations for care of and what to expect over the next few weeks. This was the most comprehensive and detailed service sheet I have received in the time I have been with your company. Thanks Mr. Robinson. I really appreciate the great service you provided while I was away. Hope to see you again on our next visit, Its service like you provce the keeps me having TruGreen service my home.

I like the fact that Trugreen schedules the treatments exactly when they are needed. I don't have to concern myself with purchasing the chemicals and applying the treatments myself! I leave it to the experts.

Results in my yard now look reasonably good. Technicians should not need to be told to treat entire yard (not just front street view area). Cost is fair for the services provided.
Like that they call before coming to service my lawn. I would like to see the same technician come, I've never had the same technician twice ever. This way my technician would get to know my lawn problems and I wouldn't have to be home.
The technicians that come are polite and try to answer any questions that I might have concerning my lawn problems.

They good advice on how to keep a yard growing well. When friends and family ask what are you doing to keep your yard so green? That's a good opportunity to tell them about TruGreen. Dependable, good advice about yard care and friendly Staff.
Your current service representative, Glenn Womble is courteous in answering questions about your service, diligent in treating the wide variety of trees and shrubs on our property, and careful in working around our flowers and shrubs. He always does a thorough job and can be trusted to treat each plant. (Your prior service agents also represented you well). The yard never looked better. Glenn goes out of his way to insure we are satisfied.

Communication is excellent. Just wish there was more on hand conversations about the condition of the shrubs and especially the lawn.
