I like the advance notice of yard treatment and the information left on what was completed.

I had done business several years ago with TruGreen and was not pleased with the lawn services and switched to Scotts. Scotts did a great job for many years and I was very concerned when they sold out to TruGreen. However, since TruGreen took over, the service has been good.
The two things that have very much impressed me recently are the following.
(1) An excellent technician named, Nich Reyes that has now treated my lawn twice.
I rate Nich a PLUS 10 ..........
(2) The Nashville Sales Manager by the name of Jacob.
He called and took care of business.
While on the phone with me he told me exactly what I needed to know on timing for TRUGREEN to do this years Aeration & Over-Seeding.

Our lawn is so improved since starting with TruGreen. It is now thick and green and we have a lot fewer weeds. When we started using TruGreen 3 years ago we had spent 3 years trying to do our yard ourselves which was nothing but weeds when we bought our house and had made no progress at all.
