The weeds disappeared, the grass greened up, and it happened in just a few weeks. Your techs and supervisors are courteous and attentive. They kept me informed on what was being done on each treatment.

When I added up the cost of buying all of the products, then added in the time I would spend doing it myself (along with the "likelihood" of me doing it as recommended!), TruGreen was a good deal for my lawn.

When I registered to give my "High Ten" on his service, I noted that I am currently being billed for a service and wonder if the bill is for the completion (which he performed) of the previous service.

The previous service was not finished because my dog was in the back fenced area. I received notice that the remaining fenced area was to be done when back in the area and would be no charge.

Travis took care of this. I do not expect to be invoiced and charged for this on my AMEX card, which is on file.

Please respond and assure me that my card has not been charged for his service on 7-13-17

The young man who came today was very knowledgeable about lawns and what should be done. He was very nice and his name is Tyler Solok.

I had 2 techs -and they used riding equipment to spread the application much better than last time when one man tried to apply with a hose. I feel confident that they covered the area adequately. Lead tech answered my questions and was courteous. Very pleased.
