I'm always pleased with the way my lawn looks

The technician came to the door to let us know that he was here and that he was going to perform the services. He completed the services quickly and thoroughly. He said that his printer was not working, but that we would receive an email from the headquarters. The technicians was very courteous and professional.

The service persons are always very courteous; they service our lawn when scheduled and the lawn is looking great.

I love the way things are explained to me. I find out how my lawn is doing, past just how it looks to my eye. They always take the time to explain and listen to my concerns.

Easy lawn care

My yard is very beautiful and green

The mosquito service reduced my mosquito population by 98% - couldn't have been more pleased. However, the last application came was the weather was dipping down into the 30's. Perhaps that was due to the time I subscribed, but I would have appreciated not getting that last application and saving those dollars or moving that application to next year.

Lawn care service has not been as good.

Our lawn looks great. That is what we like about Truegreen.

We are 2nd year clients and our lawn has improved immensely. When we first made the call, It was just overrun with crabgrass and other annoying weeds. If it keeps improving in this manner it will be absolutely gorgeous by the 3rd year.

The man who came today, Joe Butler, was very friendly and knowledgeable about his job.

I appreciate being notified before each visit and the efficiency of service provided. Our lawn is so much improved and we didn’t expect such a change for the better in just a years time

Specialist Darius Howard does a good job of communicating with us and does a very good job.

Excellent communication with me. Technicians always ask if I have any concerns or requests. And they want to know if I am satisfied with their work. Telephone communications also always alert me to services that are about to be performed so I can plan to meet with technicians if I need to.

Tim Duggan is very honest, thorough and professional.

Alex Miller does a great job of servicing our property. All techs in the field are very good.

I cannot say the same about the corporate set up and scheduling of our services. I would rate this as a 1 for the following reasons:

1. Appts seldom happen when scheduled or when the automated system calls to inform me.
2. Improper planning of appropriate labor needs during peak fall services such as aeration.
3. Impossible to get resolution to your problems in a timely manner.
4. Appears to be a clear lack of organization and planning for customers.

Extremely disappointed in the overall programming. I would have to say that dealing with Trugreen is now worse than dealing with Comcast. Re-organization is definitely needed.

Good to have the right amount of fertilizer every time.
