My only complaint is the accuracy of the app’s time frame… several times it will give me a time and it constantly will change.

This last visit I got a text from the app at 7:30 saying he would be here between 1-6pm and then the guy showed up at 8:30am and honestly was rude about it. I was half asleep and had to jump out of bed to go unlock the gate. What’s the point of the app and checking on the map? It’s hardly accurate.

I have had some consistent issues with the local branch, but I do want to acknowledge that Susan Wallace, Customer Care Coordinator, has always responded and tried to take care of the issues.
