I talked to Philip W, TG Specialist, and asked him to put emphasis on the right side of my lawn where my neighbor's yard, which was full of weeds, was encroaching/attacking my lawn. Philip smiled and said he saw the area and had concentrated on that area. He said that he would concentrate more on the areas we discussed. He did more than was called for. We talked and he had a positive attitude, was a diligent hard worker and seems to be a strong asset to TG. Please pass a thank you to Philip W. Thanks Chuck
