Nick was here when expected.

Matt was the technician. He explained what he was doing on this visit and answered all my questions. He also made recommendations as to what I could do before the next treatment regarding specific spots in my yard.

We have used you for 26 years at this home and about 18 at our previous address. Your guys have always been pleasant and helpful. You come out if we have a problem. Have recommended you to about 30 of our neighbors. You are the best!

I had planned to cancel my service this year. I was not happy with the inconsistent and poor service I received several times last year. Several areas were not treated and the lawn tech used a walk behind spreader which is fine but I watched him miss several areas - then make an adjustment to the amount of product being delivered but never went back to the areas that received a lot less product. I felt it was laziness.

The tech Earl Snider did a great job and he used a motorized spreader. I have a large area and recommend that a motorized spreader be used every time.

I am going to give Trugreen another year. I hope I don't regret doing so.

We would like to thank Trugreen for employing friendly, and knowledgeable Service Rep's like Detorrius Shipley. Dee, as I call him, has been our rep for over a year now and we couldn't be more pleased with his service. We have been with Trugreen for over 25 years and we have seen the many rep's come and go. But thank God, we have finally found a rep that is always courteous and always greets us with a friendly smile. Because of his past service and the fact that he knows how much we appreciate a beautiful lawn, we trust that Dee will always do what's best for our yard.

In our opinion, he's the reason for that "10" that we rated your company.

I am getting great results and it is happening with no work on my part.

Have had problems in the past with communications, quality of yard an work and high turnover of specialist but Matthew Trawick seams to be doing a good job plus Scott came with him on last treatment. They even took a soil sample to find out what was going-on but I haven't heard any results yet. Last year my lawn looked awful due to lack of grass and I was ready to terminate service. I have been using Trugreen over 10 years. I was embarrassed for my neighbors to see the Trugreen sign in my yard after a treatment and know I was paying a lot of money for such a poor yard. Several times early in the year I spread grass seed only to find out a week of two later a preemergence was applied ---- we were not working together. Last fall after talking to Mgr you agreed to aerate and seed in place of the final treatment. I re-seeded a lot of bare spots where I couldn't see a lot of seed several times afterwards and even used a couple rolls of mat to cover bare areas and prevent washing. So far things look better this year. We will see how it looks this summer. I'm still not getting a lot of advanced notice of upcoming treatment so I can plan to be here for treatment.
