The promptness of services and the professionalism of the specialists. My latest service was conducted by Specialist Daryl West on 1/30. Mr. West was very pleasant and gave a thorough explanation of my service prior to the treatment. He did a very good job answering my questions about the fertilizer treatment and the expected results.
Our serviceman specialist Tyler Balthrop 78238 is professional and knowledgeable with all aspects of my lawn care. He is polite and very service oriented and a pleasure to work with. He has been on time, and works quickly and effectively has controlled weeds and other troublesome areas in our lawn.
He has been responsible for my continued support for TruGreen and appreciate all he has done for us.
