You provide a good lawn maintenance service, and call-backs (usually for weeds) are very fast.

Christopher Roberts is my specialist, he checks my soil each time and advises me on what I need to do next. He informed me to water more deeply and when he saw army worms invading my neighborhood. He is very serious about his job and takes care to do it right. I appreciate the effort.
For a moment there I thought they are not doing a good on my loan. But after awhile I started seeing new green grass in my backyard. The front yard is not doing good but it is doing good. I am still seeing spots that are not doing good at all.
I need to have someone come over to see whether the weeds are dying or it needs more weed control and fertilizer if needed.

My grass stays green & healty.
What I don't like is I have a locked fence for the back yard & I never know what time ( afternoon or morning) the Trugreen man is coming. I pay for the back yard & sometimes I am gone & the man came & did not do the back yard. I did not know when he was coming. I am not going to wait home ALL day. Also my doorbell doesn't work . I have a note on the door to please knock. Last time they did not knock loud enough & I did not hear the knock.

The tech that you sent these last two times was great. He is professional. He explains what he is doing and he does the entire yard which was the issue I had in the past. I hope he continues to treat my lawn.

I'm a long-time customer. Dependable, knowledgeable, professional technicians/specialists. Charcey Skipper made last visit/application. He spotted a weed problem and notified/advised me. This weed problem has been present before and was treated. It improved drastically, but is beginning to return. I advised Charcey that I'd really like to "get ahead of this weed problem" BEFORE next Spring's growing season. He took a sample of this very hearty weed back to the office to discuss with his manager. He advised that more applications may be needed to accomplish this goal. I await their examination and hopefully further action(s).
Using Trugreen has kept my lawn healthy and beautiful for many years.

On 09/14/2017 Dejuan Jones came to our home for a lawn treatment. Lately, I have not been pleased with Trugreen because of continuing problems with our lawn. Weeds were growing in our yard but not in our neighbors' yard. They also use Trugreen., I pointed out the problems, showed him the weeds and asked him if they could be treated. "Yes, I can take care of that" was his response. Very polite. He treated the problems and now the weeds are dying. I hope that Dejuan will be our regular maintenance person. He listened to me and wanted to get our lawn in better shape. Very pleasant person.

Lawn is in very good shape and tech. is doing a great job. For shrub coverage, I have never met the tech. I do not know what is good or bad. I have good results on most areas, while some do not show any help.
We like that we are always notified before coming to service our yard and they come on a regular schedule without notifying your office.
Our specialist "Charcey Skipper" was very polite. Even answered my toddlers questions, it was cute. Not to mention that we can actually go in our backyard now and not be eaten alive by mosquitos.

Technicians try to be helpful but I am still having a terrible time with weeds in my yard both back and front. I have had this problem for the past two years. The new technician said he would take care of it over 6 months ago but it seems to be getting worse instead of better. If it is not taken care of by the end of this year I will have to transfer to somebody else. I would be happy to have a supervisor come out and have a look at what I am talking about.
Whenever we need someone to come back out and retreat the yard, spray for insects, etc., there is never a problem. The customer service reps are more than happy to assist in getting someone out at their earliest convenience.
Charcey Skipper is very informative and professional. He is patient with all the questions asked, making sure that I understand the treatments I'm receiving. He does not pressure me for recommended treatment but do explain the purpose and expected results.
When I have a concern, True Green address it promptly.
