Always comes when the appointment is called to me. Listens to my problems and tells me what they can do to fix the problem. I do have two brown patches in my backyard that they will need to work on next year.

They occur automatically, I can call if I have a problem and it is taken care of without question. The technician notifies me when he arrives and we discuss any concerns I might have. The technician is courteous an professional.

I met my new service tech, Chris Roberts, Branch 5965 today. He was very courteous and had been briefed on the fact that I like to know when he will be on my property. He had come before and I was not home so he left. I like that and I think we will get along just fine. He serviced the lawn and checked with me before he left. Great first meeting.

We like the new service technician...Dejuon Jones..branch #5965.. customer numberPhone number removed638. Even when we are not home, we can see the service being performed via security cameras. He always makes sure he's getting the entire yard, he doesn't leave fertilizer or whatever pellets used all over the driveway like the precious technician did...he actually attempts to contact us, like he says, the other guy always checked that box, but seldom knocked on the door. It's just been nice having someone seem to take pride in what they do and he does.
Had our service yesterday, [10/5], by Troy Brooks, and as always he was very professional, always greets us and explains what he is doing and if we need to do anything following his service. Trugreen is lucky to have Troy as an associate.

I have a great specialist Dejuan Jones, he is in branch #5965. He takes the time to explain to me what he is doing and why. He has walked around our yard with me while I showed him weeds that were everywhere. He called them nutsedge and surge. He just came back to spray them. He really seems to enjoy his work and that is always good to see in the great nation of ours.

We are so glad yesterday to have Al back servicing our lawn. I heard he was recuperating from surgery this Summer. I was thinking of cutting our TruGreen service if Al finally did not come back. We've tried other lawn care companies over the years since we moved here (County Downs neighborhood, Montgomery, AL 36109) in 2003. However, there has not been anyone as thorough in treating our lawn as Al. He explains what he's putting down on the lawn, how it will help, plus he proactively spot checks things and kindly alerts us when we may need to know about something regarding our lawn. He's courteous, efficient, and reliable in doing a good job every time.
I asked Al yesterday if we could do a survey and let TruGreen know we're glad to have him back. He gave me a "tell me how I'm doing" piece of paper. Shows the branch # as 5965, customer #Phone number removed853.
