Jeremy was the technician who treated my lawn Tuesday, August 7, 2018. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and represents Trugreen well. HOWEVER, when I called Trugreen, Phone number removed, August 6, 2018, and spoke with SERENA, the experience, was extremely UNPLEASANT. After receiving an automated call the day before notifying me of scheduled service, I wanted to know what the service would be because I previously requested that nutsedge treatment be included in the scheduled treatment. I asked SERENA what the treatment would be. She first said "a lawn application". I already knew that and asked for something more specific. She then said "I think it will be regular weed/fertilizer treatment, but that she had no way of knowing because that information was not provided. When she repeated the I think...line I asked if she was guessing she said no, that she just thought the weed/fertilizer might be the treatment. I was confused because she never offered to check to confirm anything. I asked why she was yelling. She said she was not yelling. I disagreed and asked to speak to a supervisor. SERENA asked what I wanted to speak to the supervisor about. I told her "this conversation and my lawn service". She said no supervisor was available but that she would send my request over for a call back to me. That was Monday. Today is Friday. Four days later -- I have NOT RECEIVED A CALL from anyone at Trugreen. And, although I had previously requested nutsedge treatment, no one told Jeremy to provide it. My telephone experience was very disappointing. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS CAN BE AVOIDED. I have had Trugreen service for years and would like to continue.

I like the overall level of service and the lake house lawn is for the most part looking really nice.
There are two bare lawn spots in the back that need to be addressed. One is down by the sea wall and the other is on the same side of the back lawn closer to house. These both need attention, but otherwise the back lawn looks great!

If I have a complaint regarding "anything" you are always very courteous and prompt about coming back for a redo. We have had your service for a number of years now but we keep having several types of weeds in our lawn. I know you all were here last Thursday and it does look to me like a good many of the weeds are dieing. Will let you know if a week if they will need another treatment. Thank you for your inquiry.
I liked the way the shrub technician called the irrigation technician to hasten service due to the urgent need related to the heat stress as well as she left urgent message for me-Kelli Phillips & Kenneth Banks deserve a # 10 rating. I don’t recall the technician’s name that made the additional visit re: the lawn, very nice, didn’t seem quite as confident as the other 2.

Shane did a great job. He let me know when he arrived. Listened to my concerns and gave me a game plan. After his service he let me know what he found out and I was grateful. He let me know what was happening in my yard and what he did. Now I know what to look for and further take care of my lawn. Shane was professional and friendly.
You and everyone you sent to spray my lawn were told my yard was being torn up and new pipeline was being put in and new sod was being laid and I would call when they were finished. They came and serviced the yard when no one was here and now YOU want me to pay you..you need to send a supervisor out here.

We are gone most of the time and depend on their get it done to perform what they are suppose to provide.very few problems that we see.
