First name removed Stone performed the first Trugreen service on our lawn on 2/29/24 (pre-emergent application) and Ms. Jeanna Driskill, applied a lime application on 3/11/24. Both representatives of Trugreen were professional and explained to me what services they were performing and actions that they recommended I should take (watering, etc.). Based on their performances, I would highly recommend Trugreen for their lawncare services.

Today I had 2 lawn services performed and the texts that I received were a bit confusing at first glance. When the second technician arrived I asked about this. The technician's name is Jeanna D. She was most helpful and took her time to explain to me the differences of the services and the treatments that were performed. Then she identified a prolific grassy weed that I have in my lawn and said that she would submit a request to have that investigated and treated. I have never had that kind of service from a lawn card company in the past. I was very impressed with Jeanna's courteous and professional manner.
