Service is great. A couple of times in the past the serviceman did not show as scheduled. I called the service department and always received great results. Our last two services were handled by Alan B. He did a great job and explained everything he was going to do. Great personality. Extremely glad he will be our fulltime serviceman.

After a short period of service, I can say I appreciated the attention paid to our lawn by the service person and especially the notice provided on the application service date.
On Wednesday, March 22, 2019, I received lawn service performed by Alan B with Branch 5774. I was very pleased with Alan's overall personality, job performance, knowledge, and expertise in lawn care. Also, I was impressed with how he carefully examined the lawn and treated the entire lawn walking at a precise pace and spraying the solution (even/overlapping strokes) in all areas. Throughout the years that I've had TruGreen Lawn Service, Alan is the first technician that demonstrated the most concern about the lawn and it's improvement.
Even though, Alan stated that my location was not his normal route, I wished it was. My recommendation, other technicians need to learn from Alan.
