The service manager, Allen, called me today and addressed all of my concerns from my last feedback, which was just a few days ago. He was very thorough in explaining how they would treat my lawn and weed situation. I can definately say this about TRUEGREEN, They have always responded and acted immediately any time I've had an issue with my service. Thanks TRUEGREEN, I'll be with you another year.
If I don't think the treatment was applied correctly or wasn't working like it was suppose to do I can call and reschedule a free retreatment.

Prompt services. Always there when they say they will be.
Only problem I have relates to the total lack of return information concerning one (actually two) soil sample(s) taken in connection with the (acceptable) growth of green moss in our right-side, front yard. A very large oak tree and two dogwood trees prevent sunlight from getting to that part of the front yard, and moss is slowly expanding, which we are happy with. The issue is getting the results of the soil samples to help define, in detail, how we can encourage/expand the growth of that moss. No results have been provided for over a year's wait.

Notifies when service is coming and allows for changes. I leave the gate open so he can get into the back yard and he closes when he is finished when I'm not there. Service performed is left on the door for my inspection when I return home. Trustworthy!!
Your services are good when I am actually notified that you are coming so I can give you access to my property. I have a fence and I keep the gate locked. I have asked that you provide me advance notice for when you come so I can unlock my gate. Too many times you do not and that causes me to have to contact you for another visit. Please give me advance notice in the future. I think your people do a good job with my trees and shrubs.
You keep our yard in great shape.

Justin Grier did a great job. He introduced himself and was very friendly and told me to tell him if I had any questions or concerns. I appreciated him ringing my doorbell and telling me he was at my home.
