I am pleased so far, but I have some family members who had a bad experience with TrueGreen. I am hoping the issues they had, have been taken care of because it sounded more like a personnel problem rather than a treatment issue. So far, I am seeing the results that the specialist said would occur. The specialist knew the grasses and weeds in my yard and explained how some would die from the treatment and others would die as the temperature increasing. I am excited about getting my yard back in shape, which will make it easy to take care of when mowing and making the yard look nice

I was most impressed with Jalen Hewitt today. I didn't even know he was at our home until I came in the front door and saw his service summary hanging on the door. One thing I would like is the schedule of service for the entire year if that is possible so I can expect what is coming for the entire year.

Jacob Layer was my technician on Saturday, March 6, 2021. He told me what he was treating my lawn with and why. i appreciate the techs letting me know that they are there, in the event that i have an issue with any particular area of my lawn.
He is a very friendly and hard working young man. i mentioned to him, that i was happy to see him back, because there was such a turn over of personnel with TruGreen, I had commented that there had been times, that I didn't even know anyone had treated my lawn, no granules seen on the driveway or lawn, no sign in the yard, and no one visible in the front or back yard.

My grass was all weeds before TruGreen managed my lawn and now it looks great. The professionals and friendly and very efficient.
Got off to a ruff start with TruGreen but it now seems things may be coming around to a very successful venture. I think they have been extremely fair with my initial complaints. Speaking with the local managers has been by far the most rewarding and productive sessions to get things back on tract. My sincere thanks to them. I now believe this will be a long term deal, again thanks to the managers.
