She introduced herself and told me what she was going to do, asked about putting dogs up so she could get that part of yard. Explained about certain trees that could not be sprayed around. She is an asset to your company.
Excellent service
This morning Dustin Brumley performed a tree and shrub treatment on our property. I informed him that my wife is concerned about a white mite on our azalea bushes. He explained that today's treatment will take care of the white mite as well as any other insects that might be on our shrubs. I asked if today's treatment would be effective due to the amount of rain we have experienced this week. He explained that today's treatment is oil based and would be effective in spite of the rain this week (3.5"). Mr. Brumley was very professional, courteous, and efficient.

There was a misunderstanding on the location of my address but once Jeanna arrived she did an excellent job. She asked if there was anywhere she might have overlooked and sprayed everything I wanted to treat. Highly recommended.

We have both tree and shrub and the mosquito service. Courtney our technician is a very nice young man. He listens to what we want him to pay special attention to and always does a great job accomplishing it. We like the fact that we get notification of when they are coming to apply treatments. We find Trugreen easy to work with and have never had any problems. The prices are a little high but so far we have been pleased.
The come out on a timely matter and on schedule and i don't have to contact them to get something done.
The service tech always does a very good job with my service. Since I have had lawn service with TruGreen I have only had one problem when the lawn tech treated my neighbors lawn instead of mine but the issue was resolved still a satisfied customer

He was very thorough and precise in the application to help show results quicker. Very good at listening to my concerns that I had with the yards troubled spots. We are seeing more grass than weeds
I'm fairly new to your company but so far everything seems fine. Today Jeanna did a pest control treatment and was efficient with her time and friendly. She gave me the advice to water in the treatment and I hadn't heard that before. I'm a little wary with lawn care companies because I've experienced a drop off in effectiveness from other companies. I'm hoping TruGreen is different.
