I like that a tech will reapply, although I requested this and was told someone would reapply weed control on May 10 but no one came. I called the company & talked to 3 different people the next morning. ALL were having computer problems. First rep told me that she would call back within an hour, she did not call back. Second rep seemed totally uninterested in helping me. Third rep was helpful in that she told me what to do/when to call, etc.

They take care of all your needs. And you do not have Worley about what is needed for your lawn and trees.

Weather permitting, the regularity of treatment. The only gripe I have, and it’s probably not fixable, is the return every year of poana (sp) even after yard treatments starting earlier and finishing later. It takes weeks to a couple of months for them to disappear. I’m thinking the heat has a lot to do with it along with the weed killer.
Half the time I’m not home when treatment is done. I then read a generic comment that the technician observed weeds in the yard. If they would designate where, I’d appreciate it. To me that just shows the prior treatment didn’t do it’s job.
