This was my second try with the company. I dropped my service because I kept being billed for services not done. After calling several times I received a late notice that it would be reported to my credit report. That’s when I stopped service for about two years. Today I am telling you how pleased I am with Employee Adam Franklin. Very plesent & personal. He does his job very efficiently & quickly. I am looking to have a good looking lawn this spring. I fell I can work with him if a problem arose.

I trust him and he is very knowledgeable about what my lawn needs and he takes great care of it. Highly recommend Maurice and Truegreen! I can only give him a ten but he’s really a 12!

My service technician , Roosevelt, is very professional and I have no complaints about him. Feel very comfortable with him coming to door when my wife is home alone . I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. He always asks if we have any questions and answers them completely and courteously. I am well satisfied with all the services from Tru Green, not only my lawn service but my tree and shrub services as well. I had just moved into this house in March and yard and been neglected. Now Tru Green has it back in great shape. I will continue with them.

I have been a Trugreen customer for many, many years. We have had several service people do our yard over the years. Some much better than others. Our service guy that we have now is Tarrell Gordan. I really like the rep that is assigned to my account. We've had TruGreen for many years and have had several highly professional reps. Gilbert may be the best of the bunch. He always rings the doorbell to let me know the treatment that he plans to apply. And when he's done, he rings the doorbell again to let me know what he found - good or bad. He never rushes the job to get to another client. He works to ensure that I'm happy before he leaves. Overall, Gilbert is totally fantastic. I feel that he treats my yard as though it's his very own.
