On 7/13 you were scheduled to come for a service. I want to tell you Neftali was OUTSTANDING. He called me and told me he was 10 minutes out and just making sure we are good to go. I did not get a notification from an email or text so getting a phone call from the tech was great!! He performed the service very quick and did a great job. I think every tech should make a call and remind us because I forgot we had an appt. I have dogs and I was able to make sure they were locked up in the house, Thank him for me please and hopefully I get him again for service!!

Weed treatment in front yard has taken care of 90% of my weed issue. The back yard is a ways from being in same shape.... Need it to be treated completely on next visit. The tech mentioned something about not having a face mask so he wasn't going to treat the sides of the house? Please confirm he will come with appropriate PPE on next visit so he can treat all areas in back of house completely.
