My primary Technician is Gino #5725. He is great; his communication is spot on. We have a Iron gate and a large dog and require coordination of schedules in order to facilitate service appointments. Gino has respected that and communicates well on service days so that we can better plan schedules as we also have children to transport to/from school/practice/etc. He is also takes time to answer out questions and explain how we can better care for the lawn.
With the assistance of TruGreen and Gino our lawn was revived - well, as much as the CA drought will allow. Thanks guys.

Mosquito treatment works very well in backyard. The negative I have is that the scheduling system is THE WORST I have experienced. It has been 3 or 4 years and they still can't get scheduling correct.

It's worry-free. You keep track of everything. Notifications of services are given and if the customer needs to reschedule a service, it's hassle-free. The technicians are friendly and helpful. Some of the technicians will notify/discuss problems they see with the lawn while at my home such as overwatering. I have had some technicians that have shown me watering techniques for the lawn and setting the timer. It's unfortunate that you don't provide a sprinkler service with a maintenance program. I'm sure many people would jump onboard for that! I being one. Before signing up with TruGreen, our yard was a mess! Any of our neighbors would testify to that. We've been customers of TruGreen for quite some time and our lawn is beautiful! We have received compliments from neighbors and even delivery drivers. Thank you TruGreen. Glad I found you. Just wanted to say thank you to Robert S from Branch 5725 for making an extra trip out to look at my lawn to get his opinion regarding a very large dry spot. After determining the likely cause may have been neighborly sabotage, Robert suggested a few ides to restore the area, including ensuring that no gasoline or other residually smelling chemicals were involved, that would require digging out the ground before restoring the area.
