Garrett Fenton was a very polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual. He quickly aerated my yard and reseeded my grass in a very professional manor. My husband also asked to be included in this review as he was thoroughly impressed with this individuals work ethics.

Garrett Fenton came out yesterday to do my aeration and over seeding. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the service he was to perform. He did his job efficiently and carefully and had such a nice attitude. My husband also said to mention him and how impressed he was by Garrett. His Service I rated a 10.
That said, the fellow you sent out on October 13th (Tuesday) for aeration, was a useless individual. I have my property manager here every time you make the aeration appointment. His name is Leo and he is here only to assist getting your aeration machine into the bed of my John Deer Gator to make the trip thru the small creek bed easier to maneuver and to bring it back across when completed. I was not home for this appointment as I had to take my husband to a doctors appointment. This fellow who came refused to do the job for whatever reason. A complete waiste of my $$$.
After this October 13th appointment I had Leo also come for the specified time and there was a "no show" 2x's. Yes two more times. I think those dates were October 14th or 15th and on the 16th. Each time his texts said he was "on his way" but there were two more no-shows. This person's name was Michael, if I remember correctly. His texts said he was on Old Mill Road. I even went down our road to see why his truck seemed parked on our road. I assume his 'live map" does not work.
All was saved by Garrett showing up as promised and doing a good job .
I would also like to mention that there was an additional appointment back on October 8th. This was when I first thought the aeration would be done. For some reason they fertilized my grass and it grew faster than expected. I had to madly rush to get it cut for the October 13th appointment. (The first no-show) and it grew again very long until yesterdays appointment. Now I can't mow it for quite some time.
Marco did a great job on my service of Oct 16, 2020. He was very informative and helpful.

What I like about using Trugreen is they save me time and money. I don't have to go to home depot or lowes for fertilizer and/or weed killer for my lawn.
Trugreen takes care of all that for me. I just need to edge and mow my lawn. They even help me with how much and when I should be running my sprinklers so I don't over or under water my lawn.
They answer all my questions as well.

We had an issue with our lawn after a previous treatment and was contacted right away. Our lawn technician was sent out to our home for no additional charge. The technician (Marco) was VERY informative and spent a good deal of time with me discussing watering, mowing and other things that affect our lawn. Marco is extremely knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We are looking forward to the results from this latest lawn treatment. I appreciate the thoroughness of the TruGreen technicians. They go out of there way to ensure all treatments are properly applied and always check to make sure we are satisfied and if there is anything in particular we are concerned about.
Last week, we had a supervisor from TruGreen come by and check on the lawn and shrubs. He was only here to make sure his crews were doing what they were supposed to do. I appreciated him checking on us.
We have never had a nicer looking lawn.
