Our current experience with Tru Green is vastly improved over our experience several years ago, when the tech would show up, spray pellets all over the sidewalks and mow strips and not be equipped to clean up. No more - your current techs are professional and friendly, always announce themselves at the door and do an excellent job blowing off residual pellets. This is important when clients have loved pets.

Paul Burgess was very informative on getting my grass to grow in the bare areas. He explained why I needed to set my mower on the highest setting to promote root growth and what I need to do to increase the change that grass will grow in the shaded areas of my yard.

Professional and courteous staff....always willing to answer any questions and help where they can. My lawn has/is the envy of my neighbors. The service technician, Michael Gabel, is great. Due to recent rain storms he was scheduled to service my lawn only to advise, when he arrived at my home, that it would be a waste of money, due to water retention, and came backapproximately a week later to service.
My lawn was in serious need of repair. Bare spots, weeds, new seed was not taking. I call Trugreen, and within several months the lawn was looking good, healthy, and the bare spots were gone. I am very pleased with their service.

A very efficient service. I get many compliments on how green the lawn looks. I always say I just mow it and water it, TruGreen fertilizes it. I live in a retirement community on a corner lot where everyone who walks or drives their golf cart to Starbucks passes my place daily.
