I'm not too thrilled about the constant changing of the actual dates of the services, as I have a lawn service that I have to coordinate with also so they don't mow up all the product that you guys have put down, and I just get one thing settled and then you change it again, and so it goes and so it goes, BUT I do like the end result of your service and the fact that you will come back with no problem if needed!
I was especially pleased with the lawn specialist this time. Her name is Kathryn Chilcote, and she was able to answer any questions I might have, and very pleasant. I had not had her here before but would love to have her every time!

My lawn is green and looks healthy. But I still have a few bare spots that need to be filled in if possible. I believe I paid for some seedlings and not sure when that step will be completed. But I’m pretty satisfied with everything else.

Your long term employees are extremely professional, efficient, conscientious and a joy to work with. A couple newer employees have, for unknown reasons, not done our large backyard and decided just to treat our small front yard - and call it a day. In fairness to your company, when these incidents were reported, the service was rescheduled and completed in the next few days. Overall, we are very pleased with the company’s performance and prices - and that is why we have been loyal customers for many years.

I am sorry we were not here when Christopher came yesterday. Glad he did try to talk to us. I saw that both lawns were fertilized. Appreciated his recommendations on the ticket and he left a hand note on the door saying fertilizer was applied and we should start spraying for weeds in Feb or March - which I will assume that is what he will do at that time. I like that he took notice of what needs to be done in the near future. Looking forward to having Christopher back on the next treatment.

The lawn service maintenance person didn’t finish my request of spraying the backyard for weeds as noted on his WPhone number removed information sheet. I had called the office twice to request this service? He said he knocked on the door. I told his office we wouldn’t be here and had no pets and he needed not to bother knocking on the door but simply apply the fertilizer as usual but to spray for the weeds in the back yard. First time I've watched a tech in a while. He covered all trees & shrubs. He was pleasant to speak to and polite and actually closed our gate when leaving the property. Thank you - great hire!
