Your technicians are very professional. If I am home when they arrive and have a question they take the time to talk with me. You have three techs that I especially like and they are Eric, Kevin and Edgar. I feel very comfortable having them on my property whether I am home or away.
I do have one issue and that is the management at the Concord office. I have spoken to corporate personnel with regards to my tree and shrub service requesting that the general manager give me a call. I have yet to here from him. This is my second contract with your company for Tree & Shrub service. The first one I canceled because of poor service from management. I was assured that if I agreed to give this service another try that the Concord General Manager would discuss my service issues with me prior to the first treatment. That did not happen. Under no circumstances are any of the above mentioned technicians responsible for my complaints.
