Great communications when a tech will arrive 24 hours notice, plus same morning notice. Preparation in my yard is key for the techs to arrive and be able to complete their work without obstructions. My grass stays a good dark green through the winter. My feedback would be moss is a challenge to battle in the northwest. I would like to challenge TruGreen to battle the moss in my grass with better effort and execution.
I'm proud of my green lawn.
I've always been pleased with the actual service aspects, such as the pre-visit notices, completion of service notices & summary of service details -- those are all awesome. On the rare occasions that I've spoken with a technician, those interactions have also been awesome.

Great communication notifications on 24 hour notice, preparation a tech will arrive soon, and work completed. Also detailed information on the receipt on what work and how much material was used is super helpful.

Everyone I have met who has come to service our property has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They have treated our property with respect and have listened to and addressed my questions and concerns. They have come back out on occasion when we have had an issue with pests that have reappeared, without charge or hassle. My lawn and plants look great and are very healthy.
One way I think they could improve:
-Use less toxic products. I would love to see them offer an option for organic products.

TruGreen service makes a difference. No matter how much I tried and regardless of the time, effort and expense I put into improving my front & back lawns, nothing seemed to solve the problems of patchiness (bald spots) and brown spots. I now have lush, evenly green, thick, beautiful lawns thanks to the service provided by my TruGreen tech. I’m very happy with the service. It’s well worth the cost.
