First, your technicians are obviously US citizens. But, the INSTANT you send somone I suspect is in the US illegally, or hired because they'll accept crap wages due to a 'status' issue I will cancel my service.
Second, your applications work to eliminate most of my weeds, and I am trusting that you know how to use the best combinations of chemicals at the right time.
Third, you call to notify me that you're coming out a day ahead. Most of the time I can call to wave you off, and if not, I can just refuse when you get here.
You call before you come, you always show up when you say you will, you are always careful to close gates etc., you are careful applying weed killer, seed & fertilizer & my lawn looks nicer than it ever has before I started with your services.
It is taken care in a timely manner!

The tech was in and out, with no time wasted. He rang the door bell and we spoke for a few minutes and he was off to work. As always he was very friendly and courteous.

I like that I don't need to be home when you come to service the yard , and that I can cancel anytime .
I like the end result of how the grass looks. But I don’t like the way the reseeding of my front and back lawns was done. I’ve had to spent several hours along with my Gardner on our knees pulling grass out of flower beds and the gravel walks after seed was broadcasted indiscriminately. Never again!
When I talked to your service employee, I mentioned that we still had ants in the bathroom. They sprayed again on Thur. Jun 6. There are still ants yesterday, June 10.
I am very pleased and happy to have Kit C 7970 as my trugreen specialist. I appreciate his time to explain what he is doing and what he sees as a potential concern and that he is always so kind with his words in recognizing the care my husband i do in our garden, its refreshing.

I still am concerned about product you use for insect control. eight years ago we lost several thousand honey bees the day after you sprayed. We do not want any chemicals that affect pollenators.
