Today Brent Pomeroy and Charles Jointer serviced my yard. They took time to add extra grass seed to areas that needed it which I appreciated greatly. On the receipt they explained what they did and how I should treat my yard until next visit. They even took the time to tell me that they closed the back gate to be sure my dog was safe which I also appreciated!! However, shortly after they left when I let the little guy out the fence was open! So I would just ask that they double check that gate by pulling on it. It is an old wooden fence and may be swelling because of the weather. I was impressed that he cared enough to tell me and I do believe he did what he said he did! Thank you TruGreen!

I like that you always call in advance to let me know you are coming and are always here when you say you will be. I like that you specialist (Dustin-specialist 73169 in this case) was courteous and helpful while explaining what he had done and making suggestions to help improve the appearance of my grass. he also seemed very knowledgeable when answering any questions I might have.

One of the things I like is "The call" before the actual service. The workers have always been polite. I feel that I have received excelent service and I would definetly recommend it to friends. The reason I am not continuing is that I have a family member that is doing it as part of his rent. He does have some experience in lawn/garden.
We have had some scheduling issues recently, but local manager has hopefully corrected the matter. Furthermore was very happy to meet our specialist, Jeremy Harms and looking forward future applications. Thank you TruGreen
