Yes - It is a concern.
I have called your office several times and have requested feedback on what Mr Hurst was suggesting in order to create a uniform grass type. However, no one has yet bothered to call me on what can be done, and the cost of treatment/application.
As a result, I am having to resort to trying to get an answer to my request via your website. Please advise me at your earliest convenience. If the line is busy, either text me or leave me a message, and I will get back to you. Thank you.

You have always had the best service and I've done wonders on problematic lines that I've had over the years. The basil tree injection that you used last year has worked wonders on a dying birch tree. It's full and green now.

The way our lawn looks and how thorough the service people are.
On Feburaray 12th the applicator applied fertilizer with iron. The iron was should have dehydrate the moss and turn it brown or black in color. The moss didn't turn brown or black so i didn't try to rake it out.

The moss most often grows in the back North facing yard up against the our deck which gets only a hour or so of sun during the fall and spring months. This area is 14" X 30' not a large area but not a lot of sun ether. The other area is also in the back yard along the west side of the lawn which mainly sees afternoon sun.
I did pruned back the larger trees to help promote grass growth between the two Japanese maple trees in the front South facing lawn which i think will help.
I hope this information will be passed on to the lawn specialist servicing our lawn so he can understand and focus on these needs of our lawn.

You call in advance before performing the service and the service keeps unwanted weeds out of the lawn.

I was disappointed in my service today. My account isPhone number removed639. A week prior to my service I called customer service and told them I had moss and wanted it treated. I was told that it would be added to my service today. Knowing I probably would not be here when Michael came by I left a note on my door. The note stated that I had marked the area of the moss that needed treated with orange flags. Michael's note to me was he knocked on my door and was sorry he missed me. Which means he saw my note to him. Instead of treating my moss he wrote that he noticed I had moss and that I should rake it out. No, I wanted it sprayed. If I raked it out there would be no grass in that area. I'm already not happy that the two re-seeds that you did last fall did not take and I still had bare spots in my lawn. I'm sodding most of them now but I was hoping I didn't have to do that and the re-seeding would have worked. It was my understanding that by using your company I would not have moss problems because you would be treating them.

I like the personal attention that I receive by my service associate. What I would like is to know in advance what services I will be receiving. I get a text message that I will be getting service, but there is no way to know what it will be, which I think would be helpful for me to know.

The fellows who comes and service are very nice and cordial. I like that we can call you back if we are not seeing the results that we expect after the service was performed. I like that you do a reminder call before you come do the service.
