I must tell you, however, that we are in our 80's, have medical problems, and have difficulty maintaining our property even with your help; we are also retired and our resources are limited.

The techs that come out check with me as soon as they arrive. They go over what they are going to do and ask if I have any concerns. They do their thing and clear out. The yard looks good.
Effective and "no-questions-asked" follow up if needed. But to me, more importantly, is the fact that you have great employees. I just met Corey yesterday and he is a great young man. I would give him 5 out of 5 stars only because you don't have six!!!
