The customer representative sometimes tends to give the back yard a "lick and a promise" . The Summer grass doesn't seem to grow right toward the back of the lot - which indicates to me that the fertilizer isn't getting spread completely.

Travis Arroyo came today for our scheduled appointment. He knocked on the door and explained what he would do. He did a wonderful job. Picked up sticks that had blown down with the high winds which no other technician has EVER done. When he was done he knocked again. Very happy with the work he did.
Chad, at Branch 5140, came yesterday and applied the first treatment for 2019. He did a fantastic job. He was very courteous and cheerful. Please award him with a gift card!!
