The fact he spends the time speaking with me says a lot about his standard of service, and it is greatly appreciated.

I like and appreciate that I don't have to measure out and apply the fertilizer to my scrubs, flowering bushes and trees anymore. I also appreciate not having to deal with the pesticides and making sure they don't have any problems. I just keep them watered and have more time to relax and enjoy them.

Your tech did a wonderful job of applying and explaining what he was going to do.
Something that you guys used to do but don't do is blow off the driveway and sidewalks when you are finished.
