The Tru Green service is great and the results are almost immediate. The health and appearance of our lawn vastly improved with only one year of service. I used to spend a great deal of time and money doing my own lawn care and never saw results this good! I would recommend Tru Green to all my family and friends!

Satisified with the lawn condition from the treatments applied. Still see some dandelions and other small weeds which we'd hoped to be gone, however, compared to our neighbor's yards that are not treated or ones that are treated by themselves, ours is a showcase. It is always good to hear the positive comments we get from others on the condition of our lawn.
The service we receive fron Cory Schwark is above standard. We hope that he remains on your staff and continues to be assigned to care for our lawn.

I like that when I submitted feedback through this same method recently about the challenges and frustration we were experiencing regarding the aeration service that had been stated to have been performed on our lawn, action was taken in responding very quickly to that feedback. We had gone around and around trying to get in touch with the local TruGreen office, but kept getting directed to the call center. Even when it was arranged for us to receive a call from the manager of that branch at a scheduled day and time, that did not occur until a week after that scheduled date and time and we were not available, and when we tried to call back, we were sent to the call center again. Very frustrating!! However, this time when I submitted feedback via this portal, I received a call and message stating that the service was going to be done again and the date was provided. I received a call from the specialist performing the service, Josh Ridenour, while he was in our yard, and he left a message and a cell phone number to call him back, which was perfect! I called him back and we had a great discussion about my concerns and what I needed to have done to resolve my frustrations. I was very appreciative of this ability to speak to someone directly, and it made all the difference for me and my feelings about TruGreen. Josh did a wonderful job in the service he performed and in his conversation with me, and I was very grateful and appreciative for the time he took to speak with me and understand my concerns and needs. If this is the kind of service we can continue to receive from TruGreen, we will remain a customer for a long time. I sincerely hope that is the case. Thank you for your attention to our concerns. It is greatly appreciated.

I am very pleased with TruGreen services. I really like getting text reminders telling me when they are coming and updates the day of service as to when to expect their arrival and when they complete the service. I also like receiving a printed copy on the door the day of the service and the ability to go online and see all service records for the year. I have and would recommend TruGreen to family and friends.
