Teresa Wolfenbarger has been working there for long time. She calls to schedule upcoming service and make sure job is done right. Most workers are responsible doing a good job of taking care of lawn. She responds promptly if there is a weed problem by scheduling service promptly
We were worried that Trugreen no longer was servicing our lawn. I called on Friday & the following Monday Jared came out & did our yard. He did fantastic & my husband & myself said he did just great. He did our whole yard & took his time & cover every inch of our yard. We have almost 3 acres that was treated. I recommend Trugreen to everybody.
We have been TruGreen customers since 2000. Theresa and her staff have been wonderful to work with and have always been very responsive to our needs, questions & concerns. Year in and year out our yard is the standard in the neighbor of what grass should look like that our neighbors all try to mirror. Speaking more directly to the exemplary customer service provided by Theresa and her staff, last summer the yard was browning unexpectedly for the first time ever. This being the first yard issue we have ever had were blown away with how Theresa and her staff stepped up and went above and beyond to get our yard back in perfect condition. Your services are ok for the most part but there have been times when the service was inconsistent. There seems to be a lot of turnover and it seems like a different person performs the service.

My services have always been good. If I get weeds, I call and they do something about. My grass doesn't look perfect but good. Mother Nature has alot to do with that.
