My specialist was very knowledgeable about and efficient in the performance of his services, at my residence. On his arrival he first made contact with me and asked questions about any concerns I may have had and to confirm the areas I wanted him to treat, or to avoid, while treating my lawn. My Specialist was named Dennis, from the North Dayton branch office and seemed to be very knowledgeable about his services.
That there's a notification of the application...,and the job is done. Although sometimes I wonder how thorough it is, in the few minutes
they record being in the yard 🤔....seems impossible!

Results
My TruGreen crew did an excellent job. I received pre-treatment notifications both yesterday and today that they were coming and what treatment they would be applying. They were prompt, used time efficiently and took extra time to answer questions I have about unique aspects of my lawn (3 large dogs). All of my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction.
I would like to recognize Domonta Leverette, a trainee on the crew. He worked particularly hard to learn his responsibilities and should make an excellent specialist under the supervision of William Ringfield!

New Year 2023 and I happen to be home when the young gentleman , Jared Burrell, was treating my lawn with this year 1st application. When he saw me he stopped and we talked. I was impressed that he asked me if I had any concerns at this time. It's good to know he was treating my lawn as if it was his own. We hope to see him again. Nice job.

Consistency
The office staff is very professional, and the service tech was helpful in explaining what was happening with my lawn.
Out lawn is serviced on time throughout the year. The grass comes back healthy and strong and survives the summer heat. Sometimes weeds come back on one end but you have always returned when I asked and resprayed. I appreciate the quick response.
