Noah was aware of issues with yellow nutshedge we've had, and went out of his way to treat places where those weeds were trying to creep in. I could not be more pleased with his good customer service.

You do a great job , I always am advised when you will be doing my lawn service, My lawn looks great and you always respond if I have any issues.
You always leave a note after each service detailing what was done and recommending additional things I may do to enhance the appearance of my lawn.

Most of the services are very good. Few little things once in a while but mostly do a great job. Reps. are always professional and kind.

My last application was done by Justin Beekman. I had some questions about the service and and he answered them in a very professional way. I also appreciate the way that he introduced himself when I came out to talk. I believe that adds to a more personal touch versus purely business. I would like to give him a shout out! Having a local representative I can talk to versus the 800 line. The 800 line is difficult to get to someone local. That is why I did not give a 10.

Travis my technician does a very good job. I watch him and he takes his time, listens to my comments prior to the job, and doesn't spill or mess up my driveway. I just wanted to let you know that he does a great job.

its ok but the last lawn treater didnt leave a service invoice on the door knob for me to view. only wrote a few words on back of the lawn flag, my first time seeing that!

I watched the technician On my last treatment. He dismounted his buggy, opened both gates on both sides of my pool area and treated the grass inside the fence. This is the first time that these area have been treated that I am aware of. Other techs told me that they could not through the gates! Weeds in these areas were always a challenge. Looks great now.

Trudy provides notification of scheduled services and technician provides yard sign indicating treatment was completed. If I'm home, I observe the service and determine if it is thorough and complete. I've only been disappointed once (to my knowledge), when a hose from the truck out front was careless dragged over plants and bushes on the side and in back to get to the lawn in the back yard. I subsequently installed hose guides for personal watering and technician lawn care. Otherwise, I believe that professional care and landscape protection is and has been the prevalent model for TruGreen.
