The folks who in out are very friendly, always leave a paper telling us what they did and why, and I like knowing that if there is a problem someone will come out and treat the lawn again.

Overall we've been pleased with the service. Last year while TruGreen was out to aerate the yard they cut our invisible fence line. The yard was also fairly damp at the time and they managed to tear up a good bit of grass during the aeration. It took a few weeks of calls for someone to come out and fix the invisible fence line but nothing was ever done about the torn up grass.

A service technician and my husband had inspected our backyard Fri May 12th and the tech thought we might have Red Thread running through the yard. He indicated he would alert his office and a rep would be calling to schedule.

Yesterday, May 22nd, the follow up technician did return to our property. Looks like he will have to wait another couple of weeks before a dry fertilizer could be applied (with no additional charges to our account). Applying dry fertilizer now would only burn the grass.

Both the technicians were very helpful.......we have been Tru Green customers for many years and are pleased with the service. Bonnie Saunders
