Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable, and I have yet to wait too long for an agent. The person (wish I knew his name for this) that comes to our residence is friendly and has even called me himself once when his work vehicle had brake problems. Kuddos to him, he was letting me know when he would be there and as promised he was there for the application.
