Since you are asking. I have used TruGreen and overall have done a great job. This year I had my yard overseeded and there is a place in the back of my yard that was not seeded very well. This is a consistent problem every year.
I always have the Grub Control service done every year and have never had problems with moles. This year I am having issues with armadillo's digging in my yard, I assume looking for grubs. Not sure why that would be.
Again, you all do a good job, just wanted to pass along those two observations.
TruGreen found some problems with bugs or the lawn and taken care of it quickly. There's NO comparison to how our lawn looked before we started using TruGreen. We've been pleased with how quickly a lawn was reestablished.

The technicians arrive the date scheduled, with only weather exceptions. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous; always assessing the property as a whole, not just their specialty. Neighbors have compared my trees & shrubs with the old Gilligan's Island episode about the radioactive vegetable seeds which grew plants exponentially! I owe the success of my landscaping to TruGreen, hands-down!

Very friendly and do an excellent job.
Had to eliminate some weeds myself but that is alright. Just a few. Overseeding has not done well in this rocky soil, so I will not want that to be a part of a package in the future. Slot seeding has also not done well. Weed control has been for the most part good, and the control of insects has been good
