Grass is greener but seems to sometimes change as technicians change. Sometimes a new tech misses areas that need to be covered.

They call a day or two before coming to let you know. They have kept to their contract. Price is fairly reasonable. Considering what it would cost to purchase chemicals, if you could even get them, or know what to buy. Along with spraying everything yourself.
